Monkey man John Howard plans to abolish workers act...

http://awu.labor.net.au/wa/news/1117080491_23366.html

WOAH, MY LEADER JUST CAN'T GET GODDAMN DUMB ENOUGH CAN HE

Now he's planning to abolish an act that people in Australia have been fighting for since the 1830's. This is a GREAT plan. Howard is literally attempting to stand still this fucking country, and destroy what little freedom us workers have left after his bull-shit G.S.T double-tax system which makes us the 5th highest income tax payers in recorded world universal fucking-history.

http://www.abc.net.au/pm/content/2005/s1377987.htm

Dear lord, the pain just doesn't stop. Why is this c*nt still in power? As of the 1st of July (tomorrow) this bald headed monkey man will control not one, but TWO sides of politcal "justice". A paradox worth noting as Australia's biggest dickhead.

For some reason, Howard has a problem with the dollar, and to save the all-mighty-not-even-his-dollar he's willing to sack over 1.4 million Australians, making the unions powerless to stop any work force with 100 or less (total) employees. The loop hole? Well as there is only about 15 people working under my boss, even though we are employed by an internation franchice of over 5 million world wide, this law favours my c*nt boss, he can now sack us for no, goddamn reason. Why? I don't know, because my c*nt leader is a fu*king c*nt.

Observe:

Changes to industrial relations laws to exempt small businesses from unfair dismissal legislation; increase individual employment contracts; weaken the power of the trade unions and attempt to co-opt state industrial relations regimes;

What a c*nt!! You think Bush is bad, try having a fucking ape run your country. A small, bald headed ape. Fuck you Howard. You shame this country, not serve it.

Well -davo, you better be preparing for a lot of jobs you didn't do originaly. Cause there are going to be a lot of hard working MF's working for $1.00hr. oh and if you strike he'll fire you then sue you for not coming to work. Not really.

Bush is not all that bad but that guy just seems like he missed a few things in his childhood.

he can't sue me I'm casual, but of course he can fire me, that's the point. I can't do shit about it.

Once howard gets his way, we'll lose award benefits;
public holiday rates, leave, sick leave, maternity, weekends...

We'll go back to 12 hour days at minimum wage, 6 day weeks... Life in the 1830's...

God howard is an idiot.

Re: Monkey man John Howard plans to abolish workers act...

In the US this is called the "RIGHT TO WORK LAW" several states have this law on the book.

Let me tell you no one is out of work and no one is working for a doolar a hour here. But this law does upset me since it takes away all the rights of an employee and gives it to the employer. Here I can be fired just because the business owner feels like it and I have no recourse to fight it. But at least we have unemployment insurance here and I can collect a pay check while I look for another job.

The new laws fit the needs of many, many small to medium enterprise very, very well. It enables small businesses to get rid of dead wood and to respond to change much faster, to stay competitive in the marketplace versus bigger business.

IMHO.

Of course any system like this is open to abuse, but think of it this way: unless you're doing something to get fired, you won't, unless your boss IS an asshole, in which case you didn't want to work there in the first place.

But John Howard is an idiot, from what I've read about him, and he hasn't kept his promises.

He sounds unlike what you'd expect from a responsible Aussie, and more like a US politician - which is a bad thing.
