note on wiring an electronic brake control on 96

Just a helpful note on wiring an electronic brake control on 96, took my hot off the hot block near the ABS, used a 25 amp circiut breaker mounted to the top of the inner fender, ground to the battery, blue to towing electrical connector, and I took the wire off the brake switch (heres where it gets tricky) to energize the controller. I removed the panel under the drivers side, and with a small screwdriver flipped the clip off the brake peddle arm that holds the switch in place. Slide the peddle over a little and remove the brake switch from the stud its on and gentle pull it down to gain access to the wiring harness. The white wire in the bundle to the switch is the baby you are after. Just tap in there for the signal to the controller....Soldered all connections, works like a charm...

Sounds good... Now you just need a steering stabilizer!
