A/C, Clock and Climate control wont work
I have a 1994 Ford Thunderbird LX with the 4.6L. I recently rebuilt the engine and took my time to do it right, it is like new after 153,000 miles. The only thing that I really changed was that i put in a 160 degree thermostat, rather than a 180, other than that, it is still stock. (1)Right off the bat, I noticed the A/C wasn't working at all, and I have tested the clutch on the compressor itself, and it works. All of the A/C lines are clear and the condenser is in good shape. (2)Then, later down the road I noticed that the clock doesn't work at all, so I replaced it with a brand new one, and it still doesn't work; the screen is just blank. (3)On the digital climate control, I can change the temperature fine and the heater works, but when ever I turn off the car(and DO NOT disconnect the battery), the temperature reading automatically goes back to 75F degrees, every single time. From all these three symptoms, something is definitely wrong, and I don't think it is in the engine compartment. What could be causing this?

There should be a 5A fuse in the Power Distribution Box located in the engine compartment that feeds the clock, SATC (A/C) and power antenna. In a '97 it's fuse #2.
