Question Wheel size and rubbing

I have a 90 RX7 GTU, non turbo, I wanted to get some new wheels for it with with low proflie tires, I want to go with 17s because thats the only size they have of the wheel I like. They are Rev Model 10 Wheels.

I was also going to drop the car an inch and a half with Tokico Shocks w/ Suspension Tech springs, and some form of chamber kit. Will it rub if I do all of that?
