Moby Dick Boxster Completed

Finally completed: my Black/Silver Boxster SE. It’s basically an OOB Tamiya SE kit but with a non-standard livery.

Hi Steve ,

like itold you - a really great model , i like it very much ! as i saw the real background i had to look twice if itīs not a real car !
and thatīs what i īll try with my models too- better backgrounds, real nature backgrounds , road imitations etc ., not only my white paper...
this picture really inspired me !

Christian

Thanks gents for the generous feedback!

CADguy - well spotted! I was amazed when I saw that in the pic, I thought it was quite a good testimonial for maguires wax your prize cheque is the post

Bigfrit - picking on my rims again, huh? LOL j/k Of course you are right and you picked up on Moby's final splash the wheel centres were too tight and when i tried to take them out to re-fit....guess what? In the meantime I had put a couple of wheel decals on the seats as deco.

My new year's resolution is not to use any BMF on my next project ))

Thanks again to all for your support and encouragement and of course BIG THANKS to mickbench for saving the day.

You're welcome. Glad you managed to get the "whale" completed. What's the next project going to be posted on here?
