I've always heard that Japanese cars are viewed as "dorky" in Japan, and that the higher-class over there all drive, or aspire to drive, European cars. But yeah, I know quite a bit about Initial D, and the AE86 for that matter.

so basiclly is the money factor. but AE86 is different due to Inital D
