Strange Vapour
i have a 2000 montana, today in the morning a turned the ac on for a few minutes, and after i turned off there it was a little white vapour comming from the front air vents. it does smell like coolant but i'm not sure. i stoped the van and looked under the hood there are no apparent leaks. It only happens after i turn off the ac and only happens for a couple of minutes and then is gone.
Any ideas as to what it may be? This van have 140000 kilometres on it and otherwise is running great Thanks |

Re: Strange Vapour
Keep an eye on your coolant as well as feel if your floors are wet. It's possible your heater core is leaking. It's also possible it was just condensation from the AC.

Re: Strange Vapour
I would check the drain to make sure that it is not plugged. It is probably just condensation forming while the ac is on. As long as you don't smell coolant you should have no problems.
