2002 security light

Have 2002 SS, had security light come on ,stays on and dash goes crazy, blinks and beeps, goes back to security and repeats process untill I stop driving, never stalls and always starts right up, replaced switch and key, reprogrammed {Ithinck correctly}, still have same problem,car starts and runs fine other then that, Thanks for any help Mark

I have the exact problem with my 2001, does it only seem to happen when it is hot outside or if the car is sitting in direct sunlight? if you have already found something out, please let me know.
