Car Won't Idle After Oil Change

I changed the oil in my 1989 celebrity 2.8 with MPFI, After refilling with oil it wouldn't start it would crank over fine, I went back to square one and found the wires bare on the oil pressure switch which is along side the filter. I taped up the wires and found the 20 amp fuse under the right fender support bracket blown, I installed a new fuse and it cranked right up, But it won't idle it shuts down. I removed the pos. battery cable for a couple minutes and it didn't help, So I checked for any trouble codes stored in the ECM and found none.
BTW, It idles fine with the AC on and if I shut the AC off, But if I shut the engine down and restart it for some reason it won't idle.
Is there anybody out there that can tell me whats going on here, Better yet tell me what to do to make this #$%@ thing idle ???
