rebuild engine, supercharger combo
I just bought a '92 Civic EX. I was thinking about getting either a new cam/intake/heads setup, or rebuilding the engine and getting a Vortech blower on it. My end goal is to get as much power as I can for approximately $2500 USD. What do you suggest I go for? Thanks

Turbo. If you want the most bang for the buck, go with a turbo.

Re: rebuild engine, supercharger combo
I'd also say go turbo for a few reasons. If you start out with a turbo you can run 6-8 psi all you want, and down the road if you ever decide to build your engine you can up the boost, or upgrade to a larger turbo, whatever you want. For $2500 you should be able to find a good kit.
