Exhaust info
i have been thinking of doing an exhaust cutout probably an electric one but is it ok to put it in front of the cat i have a 93 stealth sohc

I think you have may have an o2 sensor right before your main cat, in which case you would probably get a Check Engine light when you run it open. But it is better for hp if it's before the cat.

ok does the engine run normaly even though the ecu knows there is no airflow in the exhaust?

the ecu does not know that air is flowing in the exhaust . the o2 is just looking for lean\rich
