2000 Sephia Check Engine Light

My check engine light come on and i had it checked and they told me cylinder 4 misfire detected, and gear 4 ratio incorrect. Can anyone tell me what this possibly means? I just had the spark plugs, wires and the coil pack that is on top of #4 replaced not long ago. Any response is greatly appreciated.
