Angry won't start, dash lights flash, back door lock keeps clicking

Went to ATL today and came back around 6 with the a/c on. Dropped a friend off and got his stuff out the back. Started the jeep and came on home. Parked it in the driveway so I could move my bike....went to start it and everything flashed for a minute and went blank. tested battery and it's fully charged......lock on back door/gate just clicks and clicks and clicks. When I finally got it to do something with the key in the ignition on the relays in the relay/fuse box (in front of battery) starting making a clicking noise. Still can't get it to start.

HELP

How did you determine that the battery is good?It sounds like a battery problem.Check the cables, make sure that they are tight and clean. Also check all of the fuses.
