Man, what is up with the mid-range power on these cars? They start off quick, then they die down in the 3500-5500 rpm range, then they get a burst of power around 6000 rpm. What's the deal??????????

Its called V-tec...research it
ur gonna get good mpg down low and performance up high...what do you expect our of a 2L 4 banger?

a small motor tuned for good gas using a VVT system won't pull on the low like a big pushrod motor will. read up on VTEC on howstuff works and then search the changes from hondas old VTEC to the newer and better I-VTEC. |
