Rims That Do Not Spin

Hey Yall I Am Lookin For This New Type Of Rim That Do Not Spin Whenever Your Vehicle Is Moving. I Am Not Talking About Spinners. These Rims Do Not Spin Whenever You Are Driving Your Vehicle They Just Sit There If Anyone Could Please Help Me Out It Would Be Greatly Appreciated. I Do Not Know The Name Of Them. These Rims Makes Your Vehicle Look Like It Is Just Gliding Along The Highway. Oh Yeah A Website Would Be Very Helpful If You Know One. These Are Not Spinners!

Re: Rims That Do Not Spin

Re: Rims That Do Not Spin

It looks like all of the wheels are locked up when the car is moving. I really like em.
