Has anyone seen this site before? Turbonator.com it says you take this round piece of aluminum with fins on it and put it in your intake. Supposedly it funnels the air more directly and gives you more horsepower and better mpgs. All of this for 69.95. Sounds too good to be true. Anyone have one of these or heard anything good or bad?

Re: turbonator.com?????????????
Waste of money, doesn't help, totally worthless...
Up to 35 HP from putting a fin thing in my car! Are you kidding me! People barely squeeze that much with intake, headers and exhaust! If the person who used it says it feels like he has a supercharger/turbocharger in his car when he uses that thing, he's obviously never been in a turbocharged car before... To get more hp cheaply, just grab a ram or cold air intake for $100 or so and you'll notice a lot more response than with that dumb fin looking fan thing. To get more mpg, give your car a good tune up and clean out your injectors - i need to do that to my accord cuz it sucks gas like crazy...lol Save your $70 and spend it on something worthwhile!

Re: turbonator.com?????????????
Yup.
If a 70 finned piece of metal doesn't yield 35% more HP, TQ, and MPG. If it did it would be on at least ONE production car. In fact it has been tested and you loose a few HP, TQ and MPG because it creates an obsruction in the air induction.
