Steering Stablizer should be hard to pull out and push in. Look for controll arm bushings, sway bar bushings, tie rod ends and ball joints. Play in the steering box can cause the death wooble in some cases. They dont recomend adjusting it in the jeep. I have heard that some have adjusted some of the play in the Jeep with the wheels on the ground. Also make sure your tires are balanced and vechile is alligned. Try rotating your tires and check the Axle Cv Joints for wear. I just went through the Wooble with my XJ for the 2nd time and replaced the control arm bushings and stablizer among sway bar bushings and rotating my tires. Tie rods and ball joints were good.

i took it in to the dealership said everything look good so it would just be a guess on anything they did.the scary part is i loaded a couch into my jeep and the shake or death wobble was gone, and now with the couch out it's almost unnoticable i give up for sale 94 grand never taken over 100 km lol
