Lug Converters.. 4x100 to 5x112
Does anyone know if thats possiable? - If it is.. who makes them?
I just got a set of wheels off a mercedes, their Alessio Nevada 18x8, and I think they have the 5x112, but I want to put them on my MK3 Jetta.. Will 18's even fit in there??? or should I just sell them? Thanks.

As far as I know there are no such devices. You would literally have to swap out the entire hub and assembly with that of a car that has that bolt pattern, and a hub that can be made to fit on your car. If you live in california, America's Tire Co. is a good place to go. They're very honest and they'll help you out.
