96 Camry - Window Regulator - Dashboard light
Hi folks. I've a 96 Camry and need to replace the driver side power regulator & motor. I already checked the master switch and it works just fine. Can you guys give me instructions how to replace it? also the dashboard light that lits up the AC switch does not work. I suppose there's a lamp that I need to replace?? If so, how can I do that? thanks!!

R you sure? Checked for a bad wire, connection?
Some good stuff in here about power windows, going back over the last month, or so. You really wanna do a continuity check with a cheapo shirt-pocket MM from RS or whomever "The only easy day was yesterday" ---- US Navy Seals |

Re: 96 Camry - Window Regulator - Dashboard light
I had that same light go out in my 93 Camry. It's a little, tiny bulb that costs about 8 dollars at the dealership. You'll have to pull the dash around the radio and remove the trim from around the instrument cluster to get at the AC/Heater switch assembly. From there, just take out the screws that hold in the AC/Heater switches, and it should be pretty easy from that point to get at the bulb. Can't remember if the dash from the 93 is the same on the 96, but I'm pretty sure they are. Either way, the removal will be fairly similar.
