In the Process of Auto to Manual Swap...

Ok, me and my friend are swapping his auto to manual on his S13. Tonight, we pulled the tranny, installed the clutch pedal, and installed the Manual ECU. I have all of the parts, but my questions are these:

1.) Do we need the flywheel off of a manual?
2.) Do we need the driveshaft off of a manual?
*3.) The one thing I am really concerned about is the fact that we are using an S14 tranny, will this wire up the same?

I know that I could probably search for these, but I didn't want to have to pull up everything seperatly to get my answers. Thanks guys.

Thanks a lot man. I might PM you in a day or two when we get to the wiring. We are just waiting for my friend to get his flywheel back from getting resurfaced.
