Speedometer Help

Hey yall, i just swapped my 93 wagons 80mph speedo with a 95 120mph speedo. I noticed although the speedo doesnt jump around from one side to another, it doesn't stay stable, as in it shakes in place a few mph, any ideas how to fix this? Thnx

Re: Speedometer Help

The speedos out of these cars all seem to have this problem eventually. What you need is a "new" speedo.

Re: Speedometer Help

If you want to take the time to do it, you can take your dash apart and lube the speedo cable and the area where it connects to the speedo... might help for awhile. However, if you are going to take the dash apart, may as well replace the speedo.
