^That would defeath the ourpose of getting rid of the seat, carpet and lining. It would just add most of the weight back

I've seen that once in a 240. The whole thing was carpeted with a Nissnn logo imprinted where the spare is. I also saw that done in a 300zx, except he had a matching spare tire and a clear fiberglass thingy over the wheel with the nissan logo ietched in it, it was cool

and come on man, its carpet, it'll add like 2lbs if even that, 5lbs if you're puttin in shag carpet, lol

Re: Finally able to post up my car.

Haha, I know, it would look cool, especially if done the right way. Just more money that could be put into the engine or suspension tho.

Re: Finally able to post up my car.

And you said that they are useless because no one can sit back there, so might as well make it look nice, make it a bed or put in a sub or two. lol

Re: Finally able to post up my car.

^ i would possibly think like one of the last things to be done to do some carpet in the interior. NEVER put any subs. I like sound, not noise. I Can't stand not being able to hear anything but DUMMMMM DUMMMMM DUMMMMM, all the while your trunk is rattling. Crisp sound or nothing but engine.

Re: Finally able to post up my car.

There's a difference between a system with subs and the trunk rattling garbage that the ricer's have. It's like saying "I don't want tweeters because I hate high pitched noises!" If you have a balanced system with subs, and it's well put together, you can have music more crisp then you've ever heard.
