93 astro w vortex idle's Rough

I need help!!!...my wife's astro is idleing very rough and turns off at times, it runs very good, it only does it when idleing it's also hard to start, I check for codes and there is none also the fuel pressure is good over 60psi

Start with the simple (and cheap) things.
Check all your vacuum hoses for worn spots or splits. Pull the hose ends off the fittings and look for internal splits.
Might run some injector cleaner through it as well.
