Help Car Stalled and wont Restart

Ok I'm going to give all the info i can:

for about 2 months now my eclipse has been stalling when i stop and even if i am going down the interstate. at the light the car will die if im going down the interstate it will shut off and restart. well 2 days ago it died on me while i was driving and now it wont start. i assumed fuel problem so i checked fuel pump it is no longer getting power so i checked for spark and the coil is not getting power either check engine light is no longer coming on even when i first turn the key so i assumed that it would be the computer i disconnected the pcm and turned the key it has the same symptoms with the pcm disconnected as with it connected

could it be anything else besides the pcm like maybe a relay if so where is it located?

i'm guessing it's the computer. mine crapped out on me too around 90,000 (95 rs). it would just stall for no reason sometimes and start back up when it wanted too. you can maybe find a re-built computer instead of paying for a brand new one. i paid $300 for a re-built one versus $800 for a new one and it still works today, and that was about 2 years ago.
