Talking Suspension Spacer project done

WOOT!!! Just finished adding 2" of lift to the front of my TB's Suspension. The whole project cost 130 bucks. 90 for parts and 40 for some help from the shop taking my shock apart for me. No more front rake, and my front end WITH brushguard clears parking thingys! Next up... 3" body lift and 33" BF (Big Fucking) tires! Can't wait! Mud, here I come!

Congrats. Two questions:

- In your sig, the Supension Maxx spacers are 1.25", but you say 1.75" total. Where is the extra .5" coming from? Did you repalce your shocks while you were at it? Did you mess with the rear at all?

- Where will the 3" body lift be coming from?

- When can we see some pics?

Okay, that was like 5 questions...

Because of the angle of the spacers.... it added an extra half inch of lift... said so right on the directions, and it turned out to be true. The small picture under my name is my most current... I know it doesn't look like a ton, but it was WELL worth the investment. So much more clearance now in the front. I've gotta figure out how to post pics in my replies... go here for now... http://www.bandofmudders.com/eatmud.html

The 3" body lift will be coming from Custommotorsports in California... search for their website.

Is the front higher then the rear?
I want to do the suspension spacers, was going to get 1" spacer for front and rear springs, and Bilstein HD shocks

You still running stock tires?

Can you post more pics of your lift?

No, with the 1.25" spacer it leveled it. If you add spacers in the back, you're still going to have rake in the front... if you plan on going off-roading or mudding like myself, you don't want that.

Yes, but there's a 1.25" spacer... get that one. Just call when you order and ask for the 1.25" spacer... they have 'em.

By front rake he means the slope from back to front. By adding the spacers it levels the truck out.
I just ordered my spacers and will put them on this weekend. I talked with the SuspensionMaxx guy, and he said by adding these, you can fit a 255/70R17 on your stock rim or 265/75R16 if you get new recessed, offroading rims.
