Go into property. Raise as much cash as you can for a deposit on a place, and then rent it out and use the rental income to pay the mortgage.

Drive-through strip club. You can even stick a little order mic there so people can pull up and a stripper can be like "mmm... what would you like today?" Then perv can be like "I want a blonde!" and he drives up and voila! Just make sure to hold the onions.
