help PLZ 85 PROBE WONT RUN 8(

plz help i am at wits end

i have a 95 ford probe 2.0 16v following a smalll hole in rad temp gauge shot up and car stopped running
cam belt and timing belt is fine there is oil and water in the engine so it hasnt cooked the engine the only problem found so far is ht leads burnt for some reason???
car wont start any ideas on what the problem could be its turning over too fast

hi thanx for the reply as i said the rad has hole in it but car should still turn over and run without rad for at least 4 mins, there was coolant in there before car stopped running, i have already spent a fair bit on the car and being a single parent im running out of options anything else i can try would be greatly appreciated thanx for your time in replying

Turning over fast is a sign of no compression. Are you sure the belt is ok?

hi thanks for your reply belt is fine and is actually fairly new, it has not slipped, broke, or come off, when the top of the engine is uncovered and car is attempting to start oil shoots out from the top, which i have been told is a sign of compression, i am having a compression test done on the car tomorrow so hopefully i will know more then, thanx for your time, its greatly appreciated, i have had 3 guys who know about cars look at my probe and they are all baffled lol anything else i can try???

Please let me know what you find out. I am kind of stumped also.
