clock reset
Bought my daughter a 99 Civic VP with 36,700 miles. A nice cream puff.
It needed a battery, put it in, tried to reset the radio, following directions to set clock time in the manual, but it does not move. Key in position I or II, radio off, holding down am/fm button, pressing '4' (H for hours) or '5' (M, minutes) does nothing to change time, What am I missing???  TIA
