Twilight sentineal always on

My friend's '93 Roadmaster has developed this problem. Sensor or module faulty? Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

Mine did the same thing. There is a white plastic box under the dash right next to the brake pedal. Replace that and it should take care of your problems.
