problems with chevy novas

I've heard that Nova's have a bad problem with the body sliding from the chassis. I was talking to one of my buddys and he said a way to fix this is to put a chevelle chassis on my Nova. Now what exactly is this body sliding and is there a cheaper alternative to it? I don't exactly have the resorces, nor experience to change the chassis, and I don't have enough money to pay someone.

Any help will be appreciated.

Also, any other problems Nova's are prone too? I just purchased e a 71' and I want to try and fix any problems that may occur before they do.

I think, if you reach about 400 horsepower, then worry about sub-frame connectors. Thats the way it works with old camaros. To put a unibody on a full frame? If someone was going through that much work, just put C4 vette under it.
