First off the muscle car reving at your moms van.... I don't really care wheather this happened or not, but regardless it was definately a better car than your van and I can almost assure you that it was faster than your van. As for racism, I see no indication of racism other than the fact that it wasn't an asian in the other car. Just because someones cocky dosn't mean they are racist. Why would he think you were a ricer, you are in a damn van. Maybe he knew you were a beginning driver and thought you would enjoy something with balls reving, knowing that you were driving a minivan. Finally as for the ghettos in wisconsin, stop talking like that. It makes you sound like a fool. Stop working the ghetto angle, its pretty trite. Why don't you work the cheese state angle and start talking like a farmer. I know there are more dairy farmers out there than young slim shadys.
