Gibson exhaust in 1999 Questions

I have on order the Gibson single exit exhaust (315501) for my 1999 2 door Tahoe and I would like to hear from anyone else who has installed this dual inlet system on their Tahoe to see if there are any gotcha's I need to look out for.

I assume the O2 senor(s) is/are in front of the cat's so I won't have to replace and I also assume I will have to cut the old pipes to remove the muffler. I unfortunately will have to install on my driveway using ramps. Any tips for that?
