Smile power window fell down

i have a 2000 beetle, driver side power window fell down out of site.
i'm wondering what i need to do to get door apart, w/out wrecking
something, no screws in sight, to loosen, can i fix this problem??

Check with VW to see if it under the extended warranty/recall.

I thought they'd have had this problem worked out by 2000. It was common in the '98's.
Go to the dealer and mention warranty and recall. They should fix it.

You are right, there was a recall on it, of course I took the door apart
first, before I called to find a cable. the dealer told me to bring the car in
and they would put the new cable in and put the door back together.
Should only take 1 and half hours, they said, 4 and half hours later I was
on my way home, but no dollars spent, thanks for the reply.
