I have a 92 civic hatch cx with a sohc vtec in it (d16z6) will Ihave to buy new motor mounts to put drop in a b16a?

Yes you will need motor mounts from HAsport that will run around $400. And as for the USDM B16A2....that is for 96+ Civic's or OBDII cars. You will have a tough time putting that in a 92. The motor you want is the JDM B16A which is OBDI and is better for 92-95 Civics. Just thought i would give a little input.

Go read that ![]() Anyways...it's not that you'll have a tough time putting an OBDII motor into your 92, it's that it is pretty much pointless. SInce...OBDI is OBDII's daddy in terms of mod-friendliness ![]() peace boi
