Timing Chain Help Needed!!

Hey guys, I need to know how to change out the timing chain on my SR20DET. If somone has a link to an english FSM or something that would help. I can upload pics if needed. Thanks! We need to know how to do it before we go any further tearing down the engine.

camel-towing.com has one... I dunno if its in English though my computer is to slow to download it. its for the European S14 200SX so it should be right
