Installing An Overhead Console
I own a 2002 TrailBlazer LS that does not have an overhead console. I recently purchased a 2 piece overhead console and the retainer unit that came off of an '03 TB LT, and wanted to install it into mine. I brought the unit into a custom shop. They reached behind the liner trying to feel for a harness connection for the console, but couldn't come up with one. Can anyone tell me if there is a harness connection up there for the LS TB? Any experience/ideas in retrofitting this unit would be so appreciated!

Re: Installing An Overhead Console
Harness should be there. It's prolly taped back into itself though. Pull a visor and trim from A-pillar and pull headliner down. It might be taped as far back as the interior lamp.
