Problem with my 95 Subaru Impreza is that one day I went to turn on the radio and nothing. My antennae won't go up. No sound, no nothing. Can anyone help me??? Thanks.

Re: Antennae won't go up
Could be a fuse or something that powers the radio.

Non-power antenna?
Hell my 02 doesn't have a power antenna, you have to reach out the window and pull it up and down. |

Re: Antennae won't go up
My one is embedded in the rear windscreen. Perhaps different on American models.
Oh, I just saw yours is a 95....disregard.

Re: Antennae won't go up
after checking the fuse, disconnect the connector at the motor.if you are limited in test tools.use a test light across the terminals.if it lights up as you turn on the radio must likely its the motor.the proper way is to test at the connector with a meter to check or current draw/voltage.a good homemade test light from a sealed beam headlamp with leads installed will give almost the proper current draw.only use this tesy lamp on non computor controlled harnesses.
