Starter Help

A friend of mine has a 92 Buick RoadMaster. She tried to start it the other day, and "click, click, click".

Starter solenoid is bad. Easy.

It was a pain to get to, but I pulled the old one and put the new one in. It started right up.

Ran for less than two days and then went out again. I pulled it, had it tested, and it still works fine on the bench.

I put it back in, screwed around with the wires to be sure they were tight, and it started right up.

After about four tries, it's back to "click, click, click".

I'm at a loss. I think it might be in the wiring, but it wasn't even driven this last time, so it's not like things are shaking loose. The battery is fine, and it's getting plenty of power.

Any ideas?
