97 eddie bauer door locks

I have looked through and could not really find something to answer my problem I cannot seam to find. I need help

This only happens intermitently, When I shut off my car it will automatically unlock itself and then keep trying to unlock itself. After the dome light shuts off and then it will trigger again and unlock, if I try to lock it the anti theft light will not come on. This will happen all day. I will drive the car again for awhile and it will stop then I can lock my car and the anti theft light will come on again. My numeric key pad on the door has also quit working.

I have checked the all fuses in the the dash and under the hood they are all good. I have replaced the batteries in the remote, we have checked the wiring all the way from the door to the hood.

Re: 97 eddie bauer door locks

I just put a new battery in the begining of April and cleaned the cable connections. I had the alternator go out and the battery stopped holding a charge.
