water in passenger side, L drain

Hi i have the 3.5 engine and have had water in the passenger side floor. I know people have said its an L shaped drain that gets clogged but i can't seem to find it. I've looked behind the engine but can't see it. Can someone take a picture of the location of the drain for me and post it?

Thanks

Re: water in passenger side, L drain

lift the hood. look at the plastic covering the wiper linkage on the passenger side. There are some screws you will have to remove. Under the cover is a hole for your pollen air filter for your heater fan. some cars didn't come stock w/ the filter but all can use one. there should be a deflector so water can't run down into the hole from the windshield. People have had there blower motors burn out from this too. I reccomend you install a new pollen filter while you have this apart. You can get them cheap from napa.
