Question airbag light stays on

my clock spring broke and I had it replaced$$$$$$$$$ It shows good on the computer but the light still won't go off. Any suggestions??

if your horn and cruise control still work the the clock sping is good my clock spring went bad about 6 months ago when it does you loose everything on the wheel when you go to start the car it should flash a number of times to tell you whats wrong with the airbag system hope this helps you out

remember the blinks from your light..possibly double didgit blink.....pause...blink.... get that number and go to a repair shop or your dealer to find out the code...or try the parts store they might beable to help as well....Buying the repair manual always helps too. Good luck!!

Mine light came on one day and would not go off, and the wires under the hood had coroded cost me warranty covered but the cost was over 300 to fixe it.
