1964 Impala chassis

I don't know what kind of a rolling chassis to put under my 64 impala 'sedan.' I'm thinking about dropping a late model camaro or corvette chassis uder it, but I need something that will handle a 427 motor, and will let me bolt in a ford 9" rearend with little or not too complicated modification. I'm kind of new to the whole chassis system, but want something that will handle and perform to the max. What's going to fit best? Price doesn't matter too much right now, just trying to figure out mods. If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them!
