Dash Light Ground.. where? 95 3.1 Lumina

My dash lights have been going on and off for the past 2 weeks or so. I can't seem to figure out why and I don't want to spend 80 bucks on a new headlight switch for that not to be the problem.

My question is, where do the dash lights ground at? Its such a random problem (work some days, not others... flicker on and off driving around, etc) that Im suspecting the ground is messed up, or corroded, etc. I just can't seem to find it.
