Edit: While also searching around on info for the Octopus Yacht, I noticed this write up on Allen. Seems he is No# 3 on Forbes list of wealthest people and is worth about an estimate $20 Billion. Yikes thats alot of money. Btw, that site also has alot of nice pics on yachts.

Yes, sir, what you just described is the very basis of communism. And if we were to live under that form of government, what motivation would there be to excel? What motivation would there be to be the best? Did you know that since 1978 (I couldn't find stats for when welfare was instated, so I got the closest I could), the percentage of people working full time and living under poverty level has increased 42%? And that is already factoring out population growth. Welfare seems to not be helping these people.
