office 2003 - lame

I just got Microsoft Office 2003, and I was wondering if there was any way to make the toolbars and skin not look.. gay. It has these lame 3-D looking icons with a metallic color and shading or something and I can't stand it. I searched all the toolbars and options, but I couldn't find a way to revert back to the old standard Office toolbars with the standard icons. Any help?

Aww there isn't anything simpler, just a little box to uncheck under 'options'? Bugger
