OK....As a skeptic I tried the Arnica Gel. Honestly? I was impressed. Results were within 2 mins. and lasting. Do you use it? Regularly? How long have you used it. I don't want to over use it and build a tolerence? The tube I have says 3X daily or as needed.

about 2 years. i use it when i absolutely need it. i don't think the body builds up a tolerance for it. glad it worked for you. it is all-natural as well. keep a tube by your desk. it's good for arthritis pain. i have that in my left knee.

girlbear that is some CLEAN drawing....i wish i could get half of mine like that. haha. I am in the process of saving up for a DC2R (not happening tho..^_^) and this drawing just makes me want it now. top work!
