Dashboard

[Stalling]

I want to paint the dashboard in my 96 geo metro, would it be best to remove the dash or leave in place an mask off every thing I dont want painted.I will have the windshield out at this time waiting for a new one.

use a vinyl and fabric paint. you can get those at most autoparts stores and it says "vinyl, fabric, carpet" paint on the can.

ummm, I don't think that was the question he was asking...
It's ALWAYS better to remove the things you want to paint. ALWAYS. Sometimes it's not practical, so it's up to what you want to do.
