Question location of Body Control module

I'm having trouble locating the BCM on my 2000 Tahoe. Haynes doesn't give me a clue!
Can anybody help?

Re: location of Body Control module

The 2000 FSM shows it under the steering column. Remove the bottom cover under the steering column. It does give a warning that the ignition should be off and the Brown BCM connector should be disconnected first and always connected last.
