Wierd problem. Please help ASAP

I have 97 Vr-4 with 75k miles with the following mods: Greddy Profec B II at 14psi, greddy turbo timer, stillen downpipe, gutted cat, Turbo XS RFL BOV, Intake, autometer boost and a/f gauge, Walbro fuel pump and bluethunder sparkplug wires. OK THE PROBLEM:

My has been running like crap, when i just go the mods done my car ran 13.191 then about two weeks later i couldent get better than 13.5 and the average was high 13s. Anyways my car had 60k mile tune up about 12K miles ago and they put brand new NKG Platinum plugs on it, so i dident think that could be the problem so i changed my sparkplug wire and changed the fuel pump and my car still ran slow, then i decided to change my spark plugs, when i took the plugs out it was black and the tip of it was all red. I put new NKG platinum in there again and the car was running a lot better. It wasent still as fast it use to be but a lot better. Now after about 500 MILES i having the same problem again. It feels like the car dosent want to go fast, it boosts and everything. the car kinda shakes and it goes and u can see the rpm go down a just little and it goes back up. It kinda feels like when u red line the car, thats how it feels. And ohh ya the problem got worst and worst at first it only did that at high rpms (5 1/2k up) then about 4k and then it did about 3k. But then i changed my plugs and it ran good and now after 500 miles its doing it again!!!

What gap are you running? You may also want to swap in a set of coppers..they are cheaper and work well with higher than stock boost levels.

What do the plugs look most like from that site?

Does it feel like spark blowout...kinda like an off and on again acceleration/bogging at high boost? Or does this happen at partial boost? Remember to pay attention to boost...not so much rpms.

Check the front plugs, I've heard of people going through even platinum and irridium NGK plugs real quick when they upped the boost. Also might want to check for boost leaks, the cars came with them from the factory and having 75k miles on the car I bet theres a few more. If you have an air compressor its easy to check for boost leaks if not you gotta go find somone who does and then fix them.

Yea, definatly check the front ones tomorrow, sounds like blowout, I still get a little bit of it on WOT highway pulls but its only very slight, mine are at .34.

Try taking them where the cammera can focus lol. They don't look too good to me fron those pics though.

Looks like dry fouling to me (I'm not an expert thoguh). I dunno why the Ohms would matter as long as there was spark but you may have plugs that are too cold, if the plugs are too cold not enough heat generates on them (well not enough stays on them) and the carbon deposits can build up because the plug never gets hot enough to burn the carbon off. How cold are the plugs your running? You should only be running one step colder if anything.

Where did you buy the plugs from, some are made to be colder for engines runing super high compression or boost.

I asked IPO and he reccomended NGK coppers one step colder like it says in my sig. If you have the part number of the ones you got you can google it and see if its colder than stock by comparison. I think just turning the boost up you could use either stock temp or one step/rage or whatever it is colder like I did in anticipation of raising the boost soon.
