18Gs are typically TDO5H, which IS the 16g turbine side. 14b also. IMO, the 18g isnt worth it. For 400 whp I would start with at least a TDO6H 20g. You can do 400 comfortably. A EVO3 16g will do it on the ragged edge though to be fair.
